You really need to show me how to do those! I have an idea for a baby onsie with a tie. I saw one that was sewn on but I want to do a three dimensional one that the baby can chew on!
It's freezer paper stencils. Valerie taught me last summer. I'm sure if you googled it you would find tons of tutorials out there. Valerie might have even done one, now that I think about it (her Obama shirt was done this way so go back to election time). Basically you take freezer paper, cut out the stencil, iron the shiney side on to the fabric, paint away (I used Jaquard fabric dyes which stay pliable, not paints that get stiff), let dry, peel off, iron to set.
